Service Description

In this class you will learn how to make several, quick and tasty vegan-friendly dishes. Your teacher will also discuss how to use vegan alternatives in popular recipes. Asian-inspired rice noodles This is a deliciously fragrant dish which uses some of our favourite Asian ingredients such as coconut milk, lemongrass and miso paste. Moroccan-inspired cous cous A fast, fabulous dish packed with veggies and Moroccan flavours like Harissa, Ras-el-hanout and preserved lemons. Finally, a basic but wonderfully versatile tomato sauce will end the class. This sauce forms the base of a number of dishes - examples of which will be given by your teacher. Your class will include a glass of wine/beer/soft drink and some nibbles. Please ensure you advise us at the time of booking of any ALLERGIES or INTOLERENCES you may have. Containers will be provided for you to take your food home. Please bring a bag for life with you to help carry your food home safely.
