Service Description
Years ago I hosted a dinner party for friends where lasagne was on the menu. One friend said the lasagne was better than what his Mamma made, and she was Italian! The compliment has never been forgotten and the recipe has not changed. In this class I will share my simple, delicious lasagne recipe with you. We will also make a panzanella salad….just think bread, juicy tomatoes, red onion, peppers, olive oil; it really is the perfect accompaniment. Your class will include a glass of wine/beer/soft drink and some nibbles. Please ensure you advise us at the time of booking of any ALLERGIES or INTOLERENCES you may have. Containers will be provided for you to take your food home. Please bring a bag for life with you to help carry your food home safely.
