Service Description
Making your own pasta is unlikely to be something you do every night, but it's great to know how to do it when you want something fresh, fabulous and maybe to show off a little! This class is messy and so much fun! We will use pasta machines to make wonderful fresh egg tagliatelle. Of course, if we've gone to the effort of making our own fresh pasta - a delicious homemade sauce to go with it, is a must! Together we will make an amazingly comforting, cream based sauce with sausage, broccoli and a subtle lemony zing. This is comfort food at it's absolute best. Your class will include a glass of wine/beer/soft drink and some nibbles. Please ensure you advise us at the time of booking of any ALLERGIES or INTOLERENCES you may have. Containers will be provided for you to take your food home. Please bring a bag for life with you to help carry your food home safely.
